Error trying to add Extensions

Hello.

Getting error when trying to add extensions. Please help.

This looks like a DB error. Would this be concerning an extension you once made, deleted and now are trying to make again?
It seems that the deletion process writing to the database did not go as planned and that there is a record in the DB with a unique key identifier which needs to be deleted before the new extension can be remade. As the database is, I believe, a postgre SQL database, you will need a tool to access and edit the db directly.
On the other hand I would not recommend this, and see whether the 3CX staff can shed a light on this.

If you can't find a solution to correct this, I would recommend you to uninstall 3CX first, then remove any version of software you could use to admin a postgre SQL DB and also remove any Apache server. Then reinstall...

Weird DB errors often occur if you alrady have a DB manager on the server you installed 3CX on.
