I have snom 300 phones and a netborder express card on my network.
after I upgraded to 11 sp1 today, all incoming calls are dropped when answered and no outgoing calls can be made

the netborder express gateway started sending alerts like this (this is the email I get from the 3cx pbx):
Call or Registration to 0547596422@(Ln.10000@Sangoma gateway) has failed. [ V4 10.0.0.3:5066 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=860 ] replied: 488 Not Acceptable Here; from IP:10.0.0.3:5066

when looking on the logs of the netborder express I see these errors:
2012-09-13 09:19:15:763 +0300 [5320] INFO - netborder.infra.CallLogger.Appender : Call start : 09/13/12 09:19:15

has something changed in 11 SP1? any help would be greatly appriciated

Hi,

First you need to check and compare the codecs lists of all devices (3CX, Snom and gateway).
If lists are OK and you have intersecting codecs, you can troubleshoot this problem using 3CX logs.
To do this:
1. Make problematic call (let say, one outgoing call from Snom via gateway);
2. Run 3CX Windows Management Console and go to "Server Activity Log";
3. Enable "Verbose", choose last call from "Filter by Call" drop-down list and press Apply button;
4. Try to check and compare SDP parts of SIP INVITE messages.

If you need some help with checking and comparing SDP parts, just copy 3CX logs (logs of last call - point 3) and paste them in your reply. I will try to help you to troubleshoot this problem.

Regards,
Aram.

it turns out something has changed in the way the server is provisioning the phones. the phones did not offer any codec on the SDP
in the phone provisioning template i changed
<codec_priority_list idx="1" perm="">%%codec1%%,%%codec2%%,%%codec3%%,%%codec4%%,telephone-event</codec_priority_list>
into
<codec_priority_list idx="1" perm="">g722,pcmu,pcma,gsm,g726-32,aal2-g726-32,g723,g729,telephone-event</codec_priority_list>
which is the default value of this field for snom 3xx phones and everything works
