EspoCRM Contact Creation Not Working

Greetings,

I am writing to you because I cannot make the contact creation function work in any way, I have tried thousands of times different possible solutions, such as changing variables within the scenario by inserting the "list" prefix, I also tried to keep track of what happens on the CRM side but I can't get out of it. The 3cx side logs do not return any errors although the matching scenario ends up with an empty id. No matter what I do, the contact creation scenario doesn't seem to start.

Please help me

Your contact creation scenario has the Id="CreateContactRecord", however it should be Id="CreateContactRecordFromClient". Then you need to trigger the contact creation from the Web Client, by clicking the "Add contact" link when you receive a call.

May i ask, why this is not created whit the latest 3cx template generator using the wizard function?

We will be releasing an updated CRM Tool shortly. The current version of the tool will generate a scenario with Id="CreateContactRecord" instead of Id="CreateContactRecordFromClient", when you create the template from the wizard.
