Hi, I have recently downloaded the Excel reporting template but I am struggling to use it.

https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/visual-call-reports-excel-google/

My excel skills aren't the best but I've managed to copy my data over successfully and hit refresh a few times but it seemingly won't update properly. Some data is there whereas others aren't and the date filters also don't work properly.

At first I thought it was an issue with my data being too big but even with a smaller data set the issues are still present.

Could I please get some help with this?

Using Excel Professional Plus 2019 but have also tried in the online version of excel.

Hi, Did you copy the data in the starting form the second row keep the header in tact under the Data-Input tab of the spreadsheet?

Please try on the latest Desktop version of excel.

Hi, yeah the headers are right and things and I expanded the data output tab to my dataset

Strange, it works on my side for both the Excel desktop and Google Sheets methods. Did you install the latest version of the M365 apps?

Ah our tenancy currently doesn't have 365 apps globally (still in a transition phase from the 2019 suite believe it or not ).

I have tried this on the web version of excel however and it is still the same there

Hi, i don't believe the M365 online version will work as it is not designed to that, it is only for google or desktop versions of Excel (latest version of course).
