Solved Expired account renewal

Due to an email forwarding error I missed the renewal on an account for a hosted instance of 3CX. It just expired today and I renewed it today. Does anyone know how long until it comes back up? The system in the portal is green and says everything is Ok, but the domain link is still not working Thanks.

Regarding your question, you have renewed your subscription but did nto add hosting; you can do this from your 3cx portal; under the subscription, click " upgrade then add hosting. Once this is paid for, the system will come back online on its own in a matter of minutes, so do not do anything further; for example, do not try to re-deploy to hosted, as this will create a new machine and completely wipe out your current configuration.

Thanks that's the step I was missing. I'm used to hosted so I wasn't seeing that extra step. It's all back up and running now.
