Ext Hardphone doesnt ring

Hi

I arrived to make call with my linksys at home but my last problem (for the moment) is to make it ring from the server to my home, this is what I get:

CM503003]: Call(57): Call to sip:[email protected] has failed; Cause: 401 Unauthorized; from IP:xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

Any solution ??

The only way I have managed to get this working is to use a VPN. other people in the forum seem to have had success but I had to use a VPN

Please look under General Settings > Settings for Direct SIP Calls
Check if local SIP domain is: myhomedomaine.org (or the domain u use in the linksys phone)

That did the trick for me.

You can also try to use a IP adress instead of a domain name.
