Solved Extension 1004 missing after update

I just updated our 3cx instance to 18.0 Update 6 and after the update extension 1004 went missing. I restarted the server but still does not show up. When I try to re-add it, I get an error for the extension that states Cannot use this number, try another one. Any clues on what to do or whats going on?

The extension probably already exists, but your extension does not have the rights to see it.

You need to log into the management console using the root admin credentials it it will be there.
