Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone tried to solve this issue in the past. As you all know in the 3CX PBX depending on the format digit of the extension I can have either 2,3,4, or 5 extension digit format.
Problem I am trying to solve is let's say I have 2 extensions 0045 and 0003. When dialing on the phone instead of dialing the full extension 0045 I want to dial just 45 and the 3CX to take that and make it dial 0045. Now I have tried creating a simple outbound rule and add the prepend digits 00 in front and that doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions? this would mean great help. Thank you.
