Solved Extension for queue agent exclusively

Hi!

Is there a manner to create an extension to be queue agent only?
The idea is prevent extension to receive calls directly from others extensions in same 3CX. Is that possible using some API function?

Hi,

You can use the extension's Exceptions under Forwarding Rules:

I defined any calls coming in from 000 to 999 to "End Call"
