Hi I have a Patton 4114 working for calls into 3CX however when I make calls from the 3CX I have set up the Patton to use outgoing ports based on extension .i.e. the extension number will dictate the Port to use however this will not work since the Extension Number is not showing in the SIP info what is showing is the Extn Name as shown below. How can we change this so that the Extn number is sent instead of the name "NOC" -

CLI is fine I need to change the SIP info being passed from 3CX to the Patton as follows -

Currently the From info is showing the name "NOC"<sip:172.16.255.100:5060>;tag=e0a8175c I need to send the extension number instead of the name

is it "SIP info" or "SIP INVITE"
difficult to understand looking at minimal log.

I have done this scenario with Patton multiple times ant it works!

You will note that a call was made from Extension 121 to 2580562 but instead you see NOC in the from address which means that 3CX is not sending the extension number but the name. The extension number is required for routing the call to the FXO port I need to make changes on the 3CX to change this and it will work

Set as below at trunk's Outbound Parameter and make sure you have entered the outbound caller ID at extensions settings.
