If both extensions are using SBC locally, will the network traffic of the call between those two be the local or has to reach the cloud PBX? Thanks

I previously thought the traffic would be ext1 <> SBC <> Cloud PBX <> SBC <> ext2 so it is actually just ext1 <> SBC <> ext2. We are in a rural area and have to think of the ISP bandwidth seriously.
