Extension unregister and cannot be register again

Hello,

Few days ago my all extension is working perfectly. But yesterday some extension are seems to be unregister. I tested something but nothing help, today I found a solution. Extension cannot be register if I use 5060 UDP port. I changed to TCP everyting seems OK now. I have a 20 extension but only 4 extension has this problem. Any idea for this problem ?

Is there anything about those particular extensions (location, endpoint model/make firmware version).

If it were me, I would do a Wireshark capture on a suspect phone to get a better indication as to what the issue could be, you can do this from the phone normally (where registration is sent from) or 3CX (as the SIP registration server):

Hi again,

Phones is outside our office, a lot of phone Yealink T20P but this problem occured sometimes and not spesific phone. Our 3cx test server behind the Fortinet firewall and all ports is OK and no problem. Sometimes 1 phone sometimes 2-3 but if I wait long time (7-10 hours) this problem gone. I captured register with TCP and UDP, but how can I know where is the problem

bağlantılardaki kuralları kontrol eder misiniz? Yüksek ihtimal Fortigate RTP paketlerinin trafiğk yoğunluğu zamanlarda bu trafiği kapatıyor olabilir.

Bunlarin hepsi yapılı durumda,zaten anlamadığım şey yoğun zamanda değil gecenin bir yarısı bir şey yokken register'dan düşüyor ve tekrar bağlanmıyor. Mesela ellemiim saatler sonra gene düzeliyor. Ama TCP ye aldığımda sıkıntısız.

Telefonlar yealink T20 sanırım dimi. Kayıttan düşen aboneler STUN olarak mı çalışıyor? Provizyon veya manüel kayıt mı yaptınız?

Ip telefonlar üzerinde "Keep Alive" zamanını kontrol eder misiniz? Ayrıca Provizyon yöntemini kullanmanızı da tavsiye ederim. Uzak uç ile aranızda VPN var mı?

3600 görünüyor, artırıp denedim o telefonda gene olmadı. Provizyon denedim gene olmadı. Ne zaman tcp yapıyorum düzeliyor. İşin komiği 3 gün önce 4 telefon bağlantısı gitti gece hepsi düzelmiş sabah başka 2 telefon oldu bugünde bu telefon. Yani sabit bir şey yok. Vpn yok zaten lokasyonlara giriş izni sadece merkezin var ip olarak

Provizyon için çok kısa zaman harcamışsınız, telefonu fabrika ayarlarına almanız ve gereken minimum sürümü telefon içinden yüklemeniz gerek ve ondan sonra provizyon denemelisiniz.
