Extensions 110 and 112 coming up as emergency numbers

We are based in the US, running 3CX V20 Update 5, and we are using SNOM D785 phones with firmware 10.1.215.13. I have one user on this system whose phone, when they dial 110 or 112 it pops up as an emergency call. The call will go to the intended extension, but it just shows up on their phone display as an Emergency call. No other phones in this deployment do that. When any other phone dials either of those extensions it displays the extension name like it is supposed to.

I have even factory reset the phone and reprovisioned it, and it still does it after that. I checked the Emergency numbers section in the Web UI of all the SNOM phones and it is empty. So why is it just this one phone?

Anyone seen this behavior before?

110 and 112 are emergency numbers in europe. Maybe there is some firmware glitch on this phone. I would open a ticket with snom.

Also, make sure that you have no conflicting entries in the Admin > System > Emergency page. Unlikely since it's just one phone, but anyway...
