Extensions not login to secondary queue

Hello,


I have defined two queues, in the first one, all users/extensions log in without problems. In the second queue, extensions do not login.

I didn´t found any option to specifically login in second queue, only "Q" button in web client and windows client. If I press this button then extensions logout from first queue and if I press it again, extensions login again to first queue but not to second one.


I deleted and created again queue, without results.
I have not defined automatic status change for any of these extensions.
Whant can I do?

Hi Nesic,

In the webclient you have the big Q on top which logs you in and out of all queues.

However, you will have to explicitly log in the specific queue first from Switchboard > Queue Name > Agent status on the right. There is a smaller Q next to the agent and the agent can use it to explicitly log in or out of a specific queue.

If you are a manager you can already log in everyone from here.
