Hello,
I have a problem with oubound calls. When we try to call there is no sound on both sides. Internal calls work just fine. I saw that my 3CX cannot pass the firewall check but i don't have any idea what can be the problem.

We have our 3CX client installed on Windows with two network cards. One with external IP: 77.65.XX.XX going directly outside and the second one with internal IP: 10.23.8.2, Mask: /24 and no default Gateway.
All phones are in the same subnet 10.23.8.1/24.
We are not going trough any firewall in that case. Our local network for computers and other machines is 10.23.1.1/22 and there we are using fortigate.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance :)

Do you have SIP ALG disabled on the firewall? I had issues with mine until I specifically disabled that feature. What exactly does it say when you fail the firewall check?

I shouldn't have be firewall problem, because we are going outside from phone server directly. No trough firewall. The second card is internal LAN and i think it's problem with its configuration, but i don't have any idea.
So i will ask different, How should i setup my configuration to make it work? One card going directly outside and one to conncet to internal LAN. No firewall included.

Okay, Finally I managed to make it works :)

Glad to see the issue has been resolved. Could you share your solution so that other users can benefit from it?
