Solved External Calls to DECT Ext Not Working

I have a Yealink W56H that is successfully registered to the base station, and the base station is registered to 3cx successfully, However I am only able to make outbound calls. The extension is online yet when i direct the inbound route directly to the extension it goes straight to voicemail. what would be causing this? I noticed that the in the extension (phones) the DECT doesn't appear.

turns out that DND was enabled using the feature code. All good now
