External extentions call rejected user unknow

With x-lite but also with 3cx and 3cx voip client I registered one external extention and it can receive calls from 3cx bun when it call to another extention the server reply:
[CM503011]: Call(4): Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq: INVITE [email protected] tid=112d406897003b04 cseq=INVITE [email protected]:9000 / 2 from(wire)

and the call is rejected.

hi,

in xlite, in the accounts setting, set the domain field to the internal ip address of the 3cx pbx.

this should do the trick.

i have done the same and can confirm that setting up xlite as a remote extension on v5 does work

I face the same issue using '3cx phone for Windows' to connected an (external) extension to 3cx v10 and fixed after set to use tunnel option!
