A new user in another state got a WebMeeting request from me for induction training. He pasted the link in the email into Chrome. We had the meeting. I used Teamviewer to look at his screen during the meeting.
I selected a phone number from a web page on his screen. I asked him to press F11. It pasted the WebMeeting link into the 3CX Windows client.
I exited the application and retried, with the same result. I terminated the meeting and retried, with the same result.
I assume a restart of the computer will fix it. Is this normal?
