Facebook Integration - Authentication failed

[FirstPoint]

G'morning,
I'm trying to setup Facebook Chat but I get an error:
"Authentication failed: User access token couldn't be received. Please contact 3CX support."

I have a normal facebook account connected (Manager) of my company page
