Failed to send APNS PUSH to device - 3CX Hosted

I have recently (In the last few weeks) ahead of install setup a new 3CX Hosted instance.
However last night whilst configuring the system I was trying to use the 3CX app to play media files etc and was getting the following error:

Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone13,4REDACTED(Ext.100). Internal exception occured: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

I have another 3CX hosted system which works without issue completing the same tasks.
I have tested multiple IOS devices and none are able to receive calls.

Calls come through fine in the Web Client and on the 3CX Desktop App.

Are the 3CX up2date? Iphones up2date?

Hi,

Yes 3CX is on the latest build - 3CX Hosted is updated, Iphones on the Latest IOS, 3CX App has no updates available.

@HIT Media as we discussed in the ticket, since the mahine has been stopped we cant check a lot.
When you will spin up the new mahcine, if the issue still persists, we can check this further.

@NikosT_3CX I can confirm a fresh installation on hosted and restore of all extensions etc has resolved this issue.
