Failover in 3CX Pro edition

May i know if there is any solution to have Fail-over or standby server for 3CX Pro edition ?

You need Enterprise version for these functions

The biggest reason, is that you can not have Pro running the same license on two machines, where in Enterprise you are given another license

3CX supported failover requires an enterprise license but seeing as how it's a standby I'd rely on virtualization for your failover/DR which works with any license.

How would you use virtualization for failover? For example if using Hyper V replication, would the replicated VM power on in the case of failover and be activated or would there be some manual intervention? I think licensing was tied to the Machine ID, MAC is that still not the case? Would the replicated VM be an exact duplicate?
