Failover

Hi.

I have an issue where I have failover.

Server A and Server B are both on different server locations.

They both works as they should - The only issue we are getting is that on the Active server we cannot send any SMTP mail by using the 3cx mail server - Access denied error.

Server B (Passive) works fine any ideas?

Sure, use a custom smtp.

This is actually required when using failover from different locations where there are different public IP addresses involved.

To use the 3cx SMTP server, one of the requirements is that the public IP address and FQDNs’ IP address match
