I have searched and searched and can not find the answer to this question, I am almost sure I seen the answer somewhere but can't find it now....
With the above set up of phone, ehs and headset, the user does not hear a beeping on the headset for incoming calls.
Is it possible to get this function working with the above hardware? Seems like something pretty basic.
Customer needs this feature as they walk around away from the desk a lot.
