Hello all.
I have some fanvil phones deployed with 16.0.1078.
Fanvil phones on latest firmware.
Is it normal that when the customer/end user adds a blf or speed dial that 3cx wipes this information each day? What is the reason for this if so? It seems very over the top.
Is there anyway around this without either messing with a config file like some teenager trying to jailbreak an old iPhone or without not allowing 3cx to auto provision at all and just adding the phones manually....
If I leave the blf keys blank in the extension would that still wipe what the users want to enter themselves?
Thanks in advance
