Fanvil 5xu and BLF

hello I'm having this weird issue where, while people are on their phone (their extension/ main line) a BLF that is configured on their phone starts to ring, the current call they're on they lose audio till the BLF line either is answered or stops ringing. Is this how the system is supposed to work or do I have some configured incorrectly. Thank you for you time

I did, find if I disable " Play BLF Pickup Tone", this solves the issue of losing audio on the current call you're on. Just need to know if this is normal behavior of BLF on the fanvil or I have something configured incorrectly

Hi,

Using our default configuration on a factory reset phone, this is not the expected behavior.

If you changed anything on the phone manually that could have caused this, better ask Fanvil directly about it and get clarifications from them.
