So the latest firmware update for the c600 broke transferring via the BLF Keys. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I have a customer having an other issue and I had to update the phones in order for support to help me. Now they are even angrier because they can not transfer calls. I am trying to get them to hold off until we get the other issue taken care of before I downgrade their software. Has anyone figured this out?

@mcaponong is it C600 Hardware Version 1 or 2? Also what PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.

Hardware V 2 and the build number is 15.5.15502.6 all templates are up to date according to the system.

How are the phones provisioned to the system? Are they local or remote? If remote are you using STUN or SBC? Do you get an error when trying to transfer a call? What exactly is the behaviour?

There is no error. The main site is 48 c600's with a site to site vpn to their 3cx server. But I can replicate it with any C600 even in my office plugged into the same switch as my system. After the software update, the phone doesn't even try to initiate the transfer. If I do a wire shark hitting that button doesn't do anything while in a call. If I revert the firmware back to 14.0.0.2 it works fine. It looks like the template values changed I went and manually programmed the phone using the GUI and got the feature working (until the phone redownloads it programming) and then compared templates the top example (Fkey5) is how the 3cx template programs this and the bottom(Fkey6) is the one that works. The problem is this field in the template is defined as nothing but <Value>%%Value%%</Value> There is nowhere I can insert the /b that I would need in the variable. Does anyone have any tricks for this? I really need to get these to provision properly on the new firmware even if I have to keep switching between custom templates and stock ones for testing purposes.

Code:
<ID>Fkey5</ID>
<Type>1</Type>
<Value>1000@1b</Value>
<Title>******</Title>
</Function_Key_Entry>
<Function_Key_Entry>
<ID>Fkey6</ID>
<Type>1</Type>
<Value>1004@1/bb</Value>
<Title>*********</Title>
</Function_Key_Entry>
