Fanvil firmware 2.4.19 changelog

I'm having a hard time finding the changelog for the Fanvil 2.4.19 firmware, we have X210 and X6U. The latest I can find is 2.4.13: https://fanvil.com/upload/files/20230704/17366802hn.pdf

2.4.19 firmware also solve the "Stuck on 3CX logo when booting" issue.
