Fanvil i30 door phone factory reset without admin password

Does anyone know how to factory reset a Fanvil i30 door phone with device keypad rather than the web interface? I tried to contact Fanvil via the support web form and it doesn't seem to work. I have a unit that was from a sandbox and the password was set by 3cx when it was provisioned and the sandbox was reset.

Nope, and the manual doesn't seem to show anything about that. If you bought through a distributor I'd try that avenue for support.

So I found out you can reset the unit without the password to the web gui. With firmware version 2.4.0.6522, you can press the code on the keypad below to reset the device:

You can also reset the device via post mode. Details are in the attached pdf file from Fanvil.
