Fanvil phone echo

Hello. I have been trying to narrow down why some of my locations are experiencing echoing issues. I'm starting to think the issue is with the new model Fanvil x6u, x4u, x5u phones. My last three installs have used these phones and all are experiencing echoing, especially when on speakerphone. I have other sites using the old model x6 without issue.

Has anyone else experienced issues with the new Fanvil lines? I'm hoping there is some kind of new feature I can turn off or modify to resolve this.

I'm continuing to have issues almost solely related to using the speakerphone. Beyond the echo, I'm getting dropped calls ONLY when using the speakerphone.

Has anyone else experienced these issues?
