Solved Fanvil Phone - Time

Hi Guys,

Im new to Fanvil phones.

I have a Fanvil X3G and is currently provisioned via STUN.

However, the time is incorrect as it's out by 6 hours (Im GMT London)

The date/time on my PBX is correct and i'm using the default Fanvil template.

Do I have to manually set the timezone on a Fanvil?

What is the timezone set to under Phone Provisioning tab for the extension

Phone is set to use global and PBX > Settings > Timezone is set to 00:00 London

I found the problem!

i was using the incorrect 3CX Template.

There should be some better clarification on this template.

I've got a Fanvil X3G phone and there are templates in 3CX for Fanvil 3X and Fanvil 3XS

Anyway, correct time shows with 3XS template.
