"The same procedure in order to provision the phone" could you explain?

Firewall allows all outbound at remote location

Kind Regards

I've removed and re-added

In previous reply you have also provided the steps that you followed to provision the router phone, can you please factory reset the phone and provision as router but while using the 3CX Web Client?

RPS request for Fanvil V64 (MAC:XXXXXXXXXXXX) IP Phone of Nick Morgan (1000) delivered successfully
3CX Phone System Management Console ID: 10018 09/01/2023 12:30:31

Hi Theodoros

I've attempted this 3 times with no luck

Kind Regards

If you navigate under Dashboard<<Sip Trunks, are there any multiple SBC entries?

Yes theres 3 entries all the same for the Fanvil phone

Kind Regards

Please delete all SBC's from the Sip Trunks configuration, then delete the phone from the user in the management console. Then factory reset the device and repeat steps but ensure that you do not add any new SBC's.

I've deleted the SBC's, the phone from user management, factory reset phone and then repeated steps to re-add the phone.

Again 3CX shows:

RPS request for Fanvil V64 (MAC:0C383E2D5DDE) IP Phone of Nick Morgan (1000) delivered successfully
3CX Phone System Management Console ID: 10018 09/01/2023 14:20:01

It also created the SBC in the SIP Trunks configuration

However phone is still displaying Dial Peer default screen (i have rebooted as well)

Kind Regards

Since you made all the steps and you have also confirmed that there is no issue from the remote location firewall, please create a ticket in the 3CX Support team to further investigate.

In addition to what my colleagues already mentioned, check whether your LAN has DHCP Option 66 enabled.

If this is true, the phone will try to follow option 66 before it follows the normal provisioning procedure 3CX uses (causing the failure as a result).

Also, make sure the MAC you entered in 3CX is the correct MAC the device has. If there was a typo, the phone will never try to provision.

In case the above was the cause of the issue, add everything again from scratch and then factory reset the phone after this is done. It should come up, take a minute to contact RPS, and show a login prompt on the LCD screen for you to enter your credentials.

Hope this helps!
