Is this just a Fanvil issue?

My customer has X4s and ive just put them on to the newly released FW to solve the BLF and one way audio issue behind an SBC. Are you telling me they're going to have one way audio issues again caused by the SBC? Does this apply to external calls att. transferred?

Almost sure this new bug happens only on internal calls. When an extension attends a call from another extension on the PBX and puts the call on hold there is no audio when the call is resumed.

It can be solved by enabling PBX delivers audio on extension configuration till a fix on a new firmware. That feature is available on Options tab on extension configuration.
