Fanvil X4G speaker phone noise

We're preparing to roll out 3CX with a mix of Fanvil X3S, X4G, X6 and C600 phones. All of the X4G phones have significant background noise when using the speaker phone as if there is no noise filter or AVC. None of the other models, including the entry level X3S have this problem. I've tried different firmware, matched up the audio settings, codecs, etc to other models and I can't seem to resolve the issue. Has anyone experienced this and if so did you find a resolution?

I just realized I didn't specify that the problem is when using the speaker phone on the X4G for calls to other phones, the background noise is present on the other phone not the X4G.
