Fanvil X4G Will not Provision

I am trying to provision my Fanvil X4G however cannot get it to provision. I have attempted to input the information into the Static Provisioning Server section and provision that way, as well as the auto-provision inside 3CX. I have DHCP option 66 pointing to the IP address of the server and have tried it with DHCP pointing to the provisioning link, however, it has been unsuccessful. I am running version: 15.5.12227.5

v15.5 Update 5 is no longer supported by 3CX. Update 6 should be supported for a little bit yet but even that is going to be out of support soon. I'd recommend upgrading as most support is going to be focused around the current version.

For your issue, you don't mention if this is your first phone (I assume not based on your version) and if you've successfully provisioned a phone before on this setup. You'd want to follow this guide although it will recommend a newer firmware than what is supported on your version since it's geared towards v16:

Also, option 66 should not be an IP address, or at least only an IP address as you need the full provisioning URL as displayed on the phone tab of the extension.

You can remove option 66 altogether to avoid having any conflicts on the phone, and then using a manual provisioning URL. If this doesn't work, please update your system and then try again. This version is no longer supported so it it difficult to say what may be the problem.
