Yes correct the X series if now legacy, the XS series will also be in the same boat soonFrom what I recall, the Fanvil X series has reached its end of life and has been replaced by the XS series, if I'm not mistaken.
Based on my experience with several clients, the Fanvil X series struggled with resources and would eventually freeze (if I remember correctly, it was the RAM that would get saturated, though I might be wrong).
Ultimately, the solution was to replace them with the new series, which included more resources.
That said, it’s possible that Fanvil has addressed the RAM consumption issue, or that it may not occur with your devices for the way you intend to use them.
My only aim was to share my experience, which dates back a few years now.![]()
Oooh this is a much better way than before when we used to have to cerate an ftp server, I like it Fanvil!I have reviewed your pictures, and the device is X6U, not X6, correct? (As Guillaume mentioned, the X6 has been EOL for many years.) I have attached documentation regarding entering POST mode and upgrading in POST mode for your reference.
