Fanvil X7C-V2 - request for updated firmware

Hi,

Please update the supported firmware for the Fanvil X7C-V2 to the current version - 2.12.22.2. The currently supported version, 2.12.20, appears to have an issue that prevents "action URLs" from working properly in some cases. Specific to my case, I have an action URL configured via template that sends a https request to an AXIS Camera Server for opening a gate. On the 2.12.16.x firmware it worked fine but as soon as I upgraded to 2.12.20 the action URL no longer worked; looks like the URL is getting truncated (fairly long URL).

The latest firmware restores functionality, appear to work fine with 3cx, and the 2.12.20 firmware is already over a year old.

My 3cx instance is self-hosted, version v20 Update 6, thanks.

Hello @ewallig ,

As to my understanding, Fanvil must test this and supply the firmware to 3CX.
Failing to do so, will get them behind on supported firmware, and customers avoiding to use products.
Active supported products are preffered by the partners as they feel supported by the brand.

However i know that Fanvil will do the upmost to get this sorted, as they always do!
