Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. over the past month, I was trying to solve my issue which is when I install and I activate the Plugin. it interacts with another plugin. The other plugin plays a very important role in WordPress. I have tested out that if I deactivate 3cx the other plugin will and vice versa. any alternative app or solution for this problem where I can integrate the live chat.

What's the other plugin that is interfering?

Hi their, thanks for taking your time to reply back to this form. This is the plug-in https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vd9v0h0yc8pzgmp/AACpzOe-KRmAZOpmbxXrllzca?dl=0

The plug-in called PAYTHEM. As per word press the fetal error is caused by this issue

Line 9: "Fatal error: Cannot declare class Aes, because the name is already in use in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/pl-woocommerce-paythem/vendor/paythem/v2/class.Aes.php on line 9"

I tried reaching the plug-in support team but they stated that no one else is having the same problem.

Looks like 2 different plugins are trying to declare use a class named Aes

As the PAYTHEM plugin is using it to obfuscate it's code I can't tell how hard it would be to rename the class. I haven't dug into 3CX's plugin to see where it's using that class, but this problem will likely need to be solved by one of the 2 plugin teams. You will need to wait until 3CX replies back here.

Thanks for your support. I hope that 3cx will look towards this issue.

You can try with the latest plugin which is a much streamline version. But if it still is not resolved you will have to choose between the two plugins...
