I've been using 3CX for years now. I noticed that a number of features are no longer available in the Basic 4SC version. However, the fax server is still a communication feature that is used several times a year. In my version, I noticed that on top of fax and the fax server config page, the titles are now
Fax(Available in Professional and Enterprise)
Fax Server(Available in Professional and Enterprise)
Despite the 3CX feature list per version (https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/features/) telling me that the fax server is included as a feature, it does not work anymore. However, this restriction prevents me of assigining a CID (which was there and not removed by me) or updating the e-mail address to receive faxes. Can someone explain whether the fax server is no longer available in 3CX and the information on the feature list is incorrect, or it should be working and something appears to be incorrect in my settings>?
