Fax Forward rules for multi-tenant / multi-DID fax-to-email — is this the correct pattern?

We're running 3CX with a Telnyx SIP trunk carrying inbound fax for multiple separate customers/tenants, each needing their fax delivered to a different destination email.
We found that the Fax Server page (Advanced -> Fax) only exposes one Fax Extension (888) with one Default Email Address, but there's also a separate "Fax Forward" rule type where we can name a rule, pick a specific DID, and route it to a specific user's email; independent of the main Fax Server's Default Email Address.

1. Do we keep the DID in Fax Server empty for multi-tenant?
2. Add the DID in each rule?

Would be grateful if anyone can help clarify this questions?

Thanks

@myvethub all you need to to is to setp the FAX Forward and assign the DID to the extension you want.
Of course name the Rule accordingly so you know what goes where. Thats it.
By the time you will assign the DID here, it will be un-mapped from any other destination you had it before.
It already tells you where this was assigned to before you assign it here.

Thanks. Following is what we did configure. Please see if we are missing anything here;

1. Created a Telnyx SIP Connection and pointed the trunk in 3CX at sip.telnyx.com using auth credentials — trunk registers fine.
2. The DID is entered as the trunk's Main Trunk Number.
3. Kept the Default Route -> "End Call"
3. Configured the Fax Server (Advanced -> Fax) with extension 888, left "Assigned DID number(s)" and "Default Email Address" blank, and enabled "G.711 to T.38 fallback."
4. Added a Fax Forward rule linking that DID to a user with an email address.

Thanks
