I need a report of the number of faxes recieved. I tried a call report for all calls to 888 but this shows 0 and I know at least one fax was received, I sent it and it showed up in the emailbox. A trunk report shows calls to the DID pointed to 888, but those could be hang-ups.
How can I see the number of incoming faxes, and at least the duration of the call, that would give me some idea if it was a fax of hangup
