Fax Server issue

hello, i make a generic sip trunk (Cisco Gateway) and i have tested inbound and outbound rules for calls and everything is ok, i make a fax server with a specific did number and i make a inbound rule to send the fax to the extension of the fax server and for testing that i called that number from outside and i hear the fax tone but the problem i can't receive the fax, any help ?

So I would first setup a 3CX tested/approved SIP turnk and confirm faxing works there. Then you know 3CX is working and can focus on why they aren't working via your Cisco Gateway.
