Fax Server not working

Hey All,

We are on v16 Update 1 and are having issues with receiving inbound faxes on the 3CX fax server. Have the DID attached, if we call we get the fax tones, but sending a fax seems to fail. Unfortunately to test all we have is myFax.com,

System details:
3CX 16.0.273 hosted with Lightsail
Flowroute SIP Trunk

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have G.711 fall back enabled? Flowroute doesn't support T38.

I think we tried it both ways, but the setting makes it sound like it is enabling T.38 fallback, under the Fax Server settings. Are we reading that wrong, or is this setup somewhere else?

It enable the G.711 to replace the T38 in case it's not supported. So better to keep it active.

Unfortunately enabling this didn't help.

Please take a look at flowroute's supported features. Unfortunately faxing is not supported.
