fax to email troubleshooting

just wondering if there's a log for fat to email

system is accepting faxes but when it goes to email i get nothing

the email acct is good i can sign in and send and receive all day

its exch 2010 if it helps

I have a similar problem trying to send fax to a different domain.

I'm using an Exchange 2003 (running on a different machine in the same LAN) and I have my domain - my_example_domain.com. The 3CX server has a system e-mail account: 3cx@my_example_domain.com.

It is OK to send faxes to: any_name@my_example_domain.com but not to: [email protected], etc.

But I'm able to send voice-mails to any e-mail.

Check this in your case.
