Im having trouble setting up a fax ATA

I have a Grandstream HT812
V18 PBX
This is a cloud hosted system, and there is a Router phone used as an SBC on site.

I have created a Fax Extension 8800, added the HT812 to the FXS/DECT section, then assigned the fax extension to it
I've updated the firmware and uploaded the config file as directed here: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-ht-fxs/

It's still coming up not registered in the HT812 GUI, and does not appear under Phones like I believe it's supposed to:

Under FXS ports make sure the credentials are correct. I have a number of HT802"s working correctly
primary sip server: mypbx.mi.3cx.us:5060
outbound proxy: ip of sbc phone ie 192.168.1.111:5060
then make sure user and auth id , are correct
Also check under advance
firmware path : mypbx.mi.3cx.us:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxxx/firmware/grandstream
config server path: mypbx.mi.3cx.us:5001/provisioning/xxxxxxxxx
if you are using ports 80 and 443,eliminate colon and 5000/5001
Worse case scenario is this will manually provision the grandstream not sure why it didn't upload your config file
