I was wondering what type of fax solutions are being used with 3CX in a small office and users have found useful. I am currently using a cloud based fax service and looking at if it is worth it to bring it back in house it works well with 3CX.

I was wondering what type of fax solutions are being used with 3CX in a small office and users have found useful. I am currently using a cloud based fax service and looking at if it is worth it to bring it back in house it works well with 3CX.

For faxing, the only time we needed it, we sold a cloud faxing service.

3CX can receive faxes and send them to emails, or be used with an ATA and fax machine. However, many know that it's always better to configure that with the provider directly to limit any issues during communication.
