Hi,
I have installed a 3CX fax server as it was written in manual, but it doest work.
When trying to send fax, I can make fax message (from Fax console) and send it, remote fax server starts to negotiate a call, but after 3 seconds call is dropped and Fax console says "Fatal error" in Extended status field. When I try to send fax to my mobile phone (for testing) there is no characteristic "peep" sound on the other side when I pickup the call.
Also, when I try to receive fax message, Server Activity log says:
What could be the problem?
Regards,
Boris
