We are getting this error when saving, Feature Unavailable with this edition
We are on - Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1609 Beta)
It looks like when we did the beta, it changed our subscription from Enterprise to Standard. Please fix or tell us how to undo the Beta

Is this a 3CX Hosted installation as i cannot see any machine in V20?

@TownTech I just checked your account and I see the issue, it is not related to v20, but rather your partner account. It looks like you did not manage to hit the revenue target for the Bronze level in 2023 and so your Account was downgraded to Affiliate. One of the downgrades includes your NFR keys also downgrading to the Standard edition, rather than the Enterprise edition you were using.

This is an easy fix, we just need to get you back up to the Bronze level and your NFR keys will be upgraded immediately back to Enterprise edition with all the features enabled. Please reach out to your Account Manager for all the details.
