Fike sound issues

I have problems with the sound settings on 3CX. I recently got a new headset but the problem keeps coming back.
I tried:
- headset from Fike
- earphones
- bluetooth headphones
- sound from the computer

Nothing KEEPS working, I keep having to change the audio settings "headset"
select use, sometimes one phone call succeeds and it works and at the
next call it doesn't. Not even when they are right after one another.
Maybe it's just some basic setting that's wrong, but I would want this resolved permanently and don't want to change audio settings again and again and again...

These are not 3Cx issues but issues with your headset and computer....

Nver heard of headsets from "Fike". Maybe buy a supported one - Yealink...
