Firewall checker doesnt work

Hi all

Server 2008 (64bit)
3CX v10.0.19547.1805 sp1.1

See enclosed image, i stop this service (tried both manually in the services in server and via the web management), when i press "firewall checker" i get that "need to stop" services error..... it is stopped, so how do i test the firewall?

It looks like you stopped only the 3CX tunneling service and not the main 3CX PhoneSystem service (the second in the list on the image attached).

For User the Firewall Checker, U Need Stop 2 services = "3CX PhoneSystem" and "3CX PhoneSystem SIP/RTP Tunneling Proxy".
To get access to services menu, u can follow this steps => Start > Run > Services.msc > Done..
