Firmware upgrades

What process needs to be followed to get firmware to push out to Cisco SPA series phones that had compatible firmware in previous versions? The latest information I can find states firmware 7.6.1 is supported, yet it cannot be downloaded from 3CX and putting the files in the firmware folder does nothing. Please advise on this undocumented feature.

Firmware 7.6.1 is indeed the supported one for V15. in the link below you will find detailed instructions on how to provision cisco spa series

Take note of this information:

"In case the defined version of the firmware is not installed, manually update the firmware before proceeding. When upgrading a Cisco SPA50X or Cisco SPA30X IP phone firmware version prior to 7.5.2b, you must first upgrade to 7.5.2b before you upgrade to 7.6.1."

If you firmware is older than 7.5.2b you have to first upgrade it manually on each phone and then you can use 3CX to upgrade to the newer firmware.
